Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or a service has begun.
Custom Projects
For custom design or strategy services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with your project, please contact us at info@tnrgraphicdesign.com so we can work toward a resolution.
Errors or Issues
If you believe you’ve received a product in error or encountered a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@tnrgraphicdesign.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
